We are a dog-loving neighborhood to be sure, but please be respectful of other residents when walking your dogs in the subdivision. During busy daytime hours please keep your dog(s) on a leash when walking, and always clean up (i.e. pooper scoop) after your pets.

| Your HOA Dues at Work! |

Once again your HOA dues are hard at work! We are cleaning our inlet/outlet pipes in all of our basins, adding to new landscaping at the Inverness Entrance, and updating landscape lighting at our 252 Entrance!

Did you know that our subdivision contains over 45.3 acres of common grounds here at the Greens at Waynesborough for everyone's enjoyment? That is one of the largest amounts of open space acreage for any neighborhood in the township! |
